Photography has always been one of my greatest passions. There is something extraordinary about being able to preserve moments in time as a collection of data. All of the colours and sentiment of a moment can be captured and carefully stored into a tiny piece of metal—with just one click of a button. Opening files on my laptop is like unraveling that sentiment. In an instant, a distant memory can be brought closer via digital imagery. There is something quite profound about being able to share these unique moments in time with others.

A bit of background on how Clea Marie Photography came to be: Having obtained a Liberal Arts Diploma from Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology, I moved onto undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, pursuing a Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Not too long after, the world was struck with a global pandemic and I quickly realized that life may be too short to pursue pathways that haven’t captured my heart completely. I’ve always loved photography and have been self-taught from a young age—so I decided to launch my photography business and here we are!

I trust you will feel my warmth when we meet and I am truly excited to get to know you! In my day-to-day I am easygoing, cheerful, and have a light-hearted demeanour—but don’t let that fool you because deep conversations are my forté. I am always willing to engage in complex topics and enlightening discussions with people from all walks of life—I believe we have a lot to learn from each other and I hope to get to know you and your story!
